Job Description

SALARY £27,000 – £34,000 OTE.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our clients busy boutique independent estate agents in the Warrington. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating residential property sales, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. Key Responsibilities

  • Register and qualify prospective buyers, understanding their property requirements.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Maintain regular communication with vendors, providing viewing feedback and sales updates.
  • Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other third parties involved in the sales process.
  • Ensure all property records, CRM systems, and sales documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales journey.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

  • Previous experience within estate agency, property sales, or a customer-facing sales role.
  • Knowledge of the Liverpool property market.
  • Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.
