Daniel Lee founded our business after working in the estate agency industry for more than 15 years. Starting off in the estate agency industry as a junior negotiator, Daniel became a Branch Manager at the tender age of just 23. After a successful stint as a regional manager, Daniel decided to launch his very own boutique estate agency business. Within 2 years, the business had become number one for the most new instructions and sales within the postcode. Seeking a new challenge, Daniel decided to launch an independent recruitment company specifically for the estate agency industry.

Daniel Lee recruitment is an independently run, independently minded recruitment consultancy based in the North West of England but with connections across the UK & overseas. We recruit at all levels from junior appointments to directorships and everything in-between.
