The Opportunity

As a self-employed Luxury Property Consultant, you’ll be responsible for winning instructions, marketing and selling some of Cheshire’s most desirable homes, while delivering a truly personal, high-end service.

You’ll have the freedom to manage your own diary, grow your own client base, and build a successful business with the support, marketing, technology and infrastructure of an established luxury agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out valuations on premium residential properties across Cheshire.
  • Win new instructions and build long-term relationships with homeowners.
  • Deliver an exceptional, bespoke customer experience.
  • Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion.
  • Develop your own network of introducers and referral partners.
  • Represent a luxury brand with professionalism and integrity.

About You

  • Proven experience valuing and winning residential property instructions.
  • Strong knowledge of the Cheshire property market.
  • A polished, professional approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for delivering outstanding results.
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
