We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client’s prestigious business based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. This role has an excellent bonus scheme and commission package available. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing lettings processes, building strong relationships with clients and tenants, and ensuring smooth property transactions. Duties

  • Manage the entire lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and secure tenancy agreements that meet both client expectations and company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and external agents to maximise business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate documentation, including tenancy agreements, schedules, and reports.
  • Provide expert advice on market conditions, rental values, and legal compliance related to lettings.
  • Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract prospective tenants.
  • Organise viewings and appointments efficiently whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship where necessary.

Experience

  • Proven administrative experience within the lettings or property sector is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate confidently and professionally.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client portfolios.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Prior experience in a senior or supervisory role within lettings is preferred but not mandatory for highly capable candidates willing to learn.
