Our client is renowned for delivering a first-class service across some of North London’s most desirable homes and is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their friendly, professional team.

The Role

As Property Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of high-quality residential properties, ensuring they are managed efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with trusted contractors.
  • Carrying out property inspections and preparing detailed reports.
  • Managing compliance, safety certifications, and tenancy documentation.
  • Handling maintenance enquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords through exceptional communication and service.

About You

  • Previous experience in residential property management.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Calm, professional approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • ARLA qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
